Assure Programs offers a range of specialist EAP services designed to support Managers and Leaders.
Manager Support Program (MSP)
This confidential consultancy service offers managers/leaders an alternative contact point to discuss and problem solve difficult or complex people matters. The MSP is designed to complement existing internal human resources functions and is only delivered by our experienced Senior Psychologists. This service can help leaders resolve their concerns, including the management of suspected or diagnosed mental health concerns, having difficult or performance based conversations, managing conflicts, supporting people through change and critical incidents and other general leader issues.
This referral-based service allows an employer to engage an employee in a targeted review and/or counselling through Assure Programs. Using a collaborative agreement, Assure works closely with both the employee and manager to address the referred concern and achieve the agreed referral goal.
This confidential counselling service provides access for all contracting entity HR and EAP Coordinators to Assure’s senior network of psychologists outside the regular Assure provider network. Access AssurePlus now.
