Client Support Consultant


If you are looking to work with an organisation where ‘people matter’, Assure is the company of choice.  Assure is currently recruiting for Client Support Consultants to join our team in Brisbane, with full-time and part-time positions available. Our Client Support Consultants provide exceptional customer and client service, telephone and administrative support including client intake and appointment scheduling.

Key responsibilities:

  • Liaise with all customers demonstrating a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, professionalism, follow-up and responsiveness
  • Manage inbound customer/client enquiries via phone, email and web and end-to-end processes.
  • Utilise an industry specific operating system to manage intake processes, maintain records and link clients with a network of psychologists.

Essential skills, qualifications and experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in a similar customer focused administrative role
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (professional and empathic)
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm under pressure whilst working in a fast-paced environment and providing outstanding customer service
  • Team focused attitude with emphasis on working together and supporting others.
