Organisational Development Specialist

Assure is currently recruiting for a full-time Organisational Development Specialist to join our team in Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney and Perth. Our OD Specialists are responsible for scoping, designing and delivering organisational development training and consulting solutions for Assure customers to complement Assure’s service offering in workplace wellbeing and corporate psychology solutions.

Essential skills, qualifications and experience:

Extensive experience in scoping, developing and delivering OD activities
Experience in facilitation and group processes
Registration as a psychologist in Australia is desirable

Key responsibilities:

Provide exceptional consulting services to Assure’s clients and customers in the area of workplace wellbeing
Facilitate workshops and group training
Provide coaching and skill development
Undertake high level client-focused liaison with organisational contacts
Analyse, diagnose and interpret the strategic and operational needs of customers and develop OD solutions that are sustainable and effective
Participate in new service/product visioning and design
