This Master Class equips your HR, OD workplace relations, and safety leaders with in-depth knowledge of sexual harassment in the workplace, and the positive duty to address this under the Sex Discrimination Act.
Module 1 focuses on understanding the landscape, legislation, and case examples.
Module 2 focuses on taking action and the role of leaders.
Learning outcomes
- Build knowledge of sexual harassment in the workplace, including what it is and prevalence, drivers and impact.
- Clarify legislative changes and obligations including Sex Discrimination Act positive duty and WHS regulations on managing psychosocial hazards
