Senior Triage Psychologist
(contract position)

 

If you are a psychologist who is looking to work with an organisation where ‘people matter’, Assure is the company of choice.  Assure is currently recruiting for a Senior Triage psychologist to join our team in Brisbane providing full-time maternity leave coverage through until February 2020. Our Triage team is responsible for performing high-level intake, triage and clinical coordination of urgent and important psychological interventions to clients and customers over the phone.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provision of urgent intake psychological services including EAP phone-based counselling, including triage and assessment.
  • Provision of advice, liaison and support to managers and senior HR contacts to assist in the management of complex people matters.
  • Coordination and deliver of critical incident management services.

Essential skills, qualifications and experience:

  • Registration as a psychologist with a minimum of 5 + years’ post-registration experience
  • Broad experience in clinical and counselling interventions as well as an ability to work competently, with diverse and complex cases
  • Experience with or knowledge of the provision of best practice Critical Incident Management Services is desirable.
